Refund and Return Policy
Our RETURN policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed after receiving your item, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return does not apply in case of:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.
Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@shopblaze.co and we will provide you with details.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.
